    Manufacture Single Phase Capacitor for Start Motors

    Single Phase Capacitor Start Induction Run (CSIR) Motors offered by Amber are a type of split phase motors which consists of a starting capacitor connected to the starting or auxiliary winding series through a centrifugal or electronic switch. Since the capacitor is in series with the start circuit, it creates more starting torque, typically 200 to 400% of rated load. The application of these motor is wider due to higher starting torque and lower starting current.

    The CSIR Motors are used for compressors, pumps, refrigeration, air conditioning equipments and other hard to start loads. Capacitor Start Motors are generally termed as “Work Horses” of the general purpose single phase induction motors All Amber Split Phase motors are supplied in clockwise direction as viewed from the drive end shaft.
