Manufacture Capacitor for Run Motors

Amber offers Capacitor Run Motors also know as Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC) motors wherein one capacitor is permanently connected in series with the auxiliary winding. Such Motors have a low locked rotor torque and current and is used mainly for driving fans, circular saws, polishing machines, centrifugal pumps. Etc where the shaft seal does not require a high breakaway torque. These single phase motor can only reverse when it stops completely before the rotational direction is changed. Amber single phase capacitor run motors are available in both cast iron and aluminium pressure die cast or extrusion enclosures.

The double stator frequency torque pulsations would be eliminated in single phase capacitor run motors there by helping it run as a noise free motor as well as improve power factor and efficiency of the motor. Besides as the additional device for generating the starting torque is not required in these motors the size of the motors can be minimized.
